Shannon L. Maribona
Shannon L. Maribona is an associate in the firm's Coral Springs office. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the Florida State University and his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. While in law school, Mr. Maribona was actively involved in the Judicial Independence Committee of the Florida Bar, was a member of the top ranked Nova Trial Association Chester Bedell Mock Trial Team, and co-authored New York State Funding, an article on the New York State budget crisis. Additionally, Mr. Maribona worked as a clerk and clinical intern at a complex litigation law firm in Fort Lauderdale.
Mr. Maribona is a member of the Broward County Bar Association, Toastmasters International, and the Stephen R. Booher American Inn of Court, a professional organization designed to improve the skills, professionalism and ethics of the bench and bar. Mr. Maribona is licensed to practice law in Florida and is admitted before the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
Mr. Maribona focuses his practice in various areas of first and third party defense, including general negligence, premises liability, construction defects, and insurance coverage.
