RRB&T represents a number of governmental agencies both directly and through their insurers and self-insurance programs. RRB&T has defended agencies and their employees in claims involving state and federal civil rights, police liability, employment discrimination and general negligence.

Due to the number of years RRB&T has represented governmental entities, it has become well versed on the unique laws that apply to governmental agencies and their employees, and the impact they may have on the resolution of these claims.
