Premises Liability

A number of claims arise out of the ownership of property. RRB&T has handled a wide variety of cases arising out of the ownership and/or use of property. Cases involving premises liability often arise out of some type of alleged defect on the property which results in personal injury to another. However, unique issues of liability also arise out of the ownership or use of property such as negligent security cases.
