Jorge R. Alfonso, Jr.
Jorge R. Alfonso, Jr. is an associate in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. Mr. Alfonso received his Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and Juris Doctor from Florida State University School of Law. The semester prior to entering law school, Mr. Alfonso interned as part of the Legislative Scholars Program under Florida Senator Victor Torres. During law school, Mr. Alfonso was a member of the Student Bar Association, Cuban American Bar Association, Student Veterans Law Symposium, Entertainment and Sports Law Society, and International Law Students Association. He also completed a judicial externship working under Supreme Court Justice Jorge Labarga, an externship with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, a fellowship with The Fund for American Studies, a clerkship with The Global Liberty Alliance, and an externship at the Veterans Legal Clinic. Mr. Alfonso previously interned in the firm’s West Palm Beach office in the Summer of 2019.
Mr. Alfonso is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association, and Palm Beach County Hispanic Bar Association. He practices in various areas including first and third party defense, premises liability, commercial liability, automotive negligence and general negligence.

Natalie R. Alfonso is an associate in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. Ms. Alfonso received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law. During law school, Ms. Alfonso was a member of the Florida Association for Woman Lawyers, Federalist Society, and Criminal Law Society. She was also an Associate Judge for her Law School Circuit Court. Ms. Alfonso also completed various externships while in law school where she gained experience in areas such as first party property and family law.
Ms. Alfonso is a member of the Florida Bar Association. She practices in various areas including first and third-party defense, premise liability, commercial liability, automobile negligence and general negligence.
Rainer E. Boggiano

Rainer E. Boggiano
Rainer Boggiano is an associate in the West Palm Beach office. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in Gainesville, Florida and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, graduating cum laude. While attending law school, Mr. Boggiano served as a judicial extern at Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal and as a legal intern for ADT Security Services at its corporate headquarters in Boca Raton. He graduated with multiple Dean’s List honors and was a Pro Bono Award recipient in recognition for completing 150+ hours of community service.
Mr. Boggiano is active in several community organizations, having served as a volunteer for the 15th Judicial Circuit’s Guardian ad Litem Program, a tutor at the Mandel Public Library’s homework center, and as a mentor for high school students in Lake Worth, FL. He has also performed pro bono work for the Florida Association of Recovery Residences, assisting with its representation in administrative law matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Boggiano gained experience representing plaintiffs in catastrophic injury matters, including wrongful death, negligence, medical malpractice, and products liability litigation. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the Young Lawyers’ Division.
Ann G. Breeden

Ann G. Breeden
Ann G. Breeden is an associate in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. Ms. Breeden is a “triple Gator,” having received her Bachelor of Science degree summa cum laude, Master of Science degree, and Juris Doctor from the University of Florida. While in graduate school, she served as a tutor to University of Florida student athletes. During law school, Ms. Breeden was an active member of the John Marshall Bar Association and the Entertainment Law Review. She began her career with Three Rivers Legal Services in Gainesville, Florida, providing attorney services pro bono before moving to West Palm Beach. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Breeden worked as an insurance defense attorney where she gained extensive experience representing employers, insurance companies, resorts, and retail stores in a variety of matters including premises liability, general negligence, automobile liability, property damage, and personal injury.
Her areas of litigation practice include premises liability, automobile and trucking liability, general negligence, and commercial litigation. Ms. Breeden is a member of the Florida Bar, and is also admitted to practice in the Southern District of Florida and United States Supreme Court. Her professional affiliations include the Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court, Florida Association of Women Lawyers, and the Young Lawyers Section of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
John J. George

John J. George
John J. George is an associate attorney in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. Mr. George is a “double gator,” having received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida Fisher School of Accounting and Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While in law school, Mr. George worked as a certified legal intern for the Gator Team Child civil clinic providing holistic representation juvenile clients and as an intern for the West Palm Beach State Attorney’s Office.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. George began his legal career practicing criminal defense for the Office of the Public Defender and civil litigation defense in West Palm Beach where he gained extensive experience representing insurance companies and corporate clients. His professional affiliations include the Palm Beach County Bar Association and PBCBA Young Lawyer’s Section.
Mr. George is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. His areas of litigation practice include general negligence, premises liability, automobile and trucking, medical malpractice, and commercial defense.

C. Kevin Grim, Jr.
C. Kevin Grim, Jr. is an associate in the firm’s Coral Springs office. Mr. Grim received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida, where he graduated cum laude. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where he was a Silver Level Award Recipient for the Pro Bono Honor Program. While attending law school, Mr. Grim also achieved Dean’s Lists for two semesters and was fortunate enough to gain experience through the clinic program, clerking with the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office in New Jersey.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Grim first gained experience on the plaintiffs’ side of the bar before working as an insurance defense attorney, specializing in bodily injury, worker’s compensation, first-party personal injury protection, first-party property, fraud investigation, and construction defect. Mr. Grim was also a member of the Brennan Vanderbilt American Inn of Court; where he reached the distinction of Barrister.
Mr. Grim is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, the State of New Jersey, and the District of Columbia. His current practice areas include general negligence claims, bodily injury, products and premises liability, automobile negligence, in addition to construction litigation.

Katherine Herald
Katherine E. Herald is an associate in the West Palm Beach office. Ms. Herald earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a minor in English from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. Ms. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in Gainesville, Florida.
During her tenure at the University of Florida, Ms. Herald interned for the Honorable Linda Wells at Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal. During law school, Ms. Herald interned for the Honorable Samantha Ruiz-Cohen at the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida; the Administrative Office of the U.S. Court’s Office of General Counsel in Washington, D.C.; and the Honorable Monte C. Richardson of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
After graduation, Ms. Herald clerked for the Honorable Mark C. Klingensmith of Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal in West Palm Beach, Florida. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Herald gained experience in defense litigation in various civil matters.

Colleen C. Leahy
Colleen C. Leahy is an associate attorney in the firm’s Fort Myers office. Ms. Leahy received her Bachelor of Arts from Franciscan University and her Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and was a recipient of the school’s Cardinal Newman Scholarship. While in law school, Ms. Leahy worked as a legal intern for the Honorable Douglas Frazier of the Middle District of Florida.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Leahy worked at a civil litigation firm where she gained experience in defense and litigation. Her professional affiliations include Lee County Association for Women Lawyers and the Young Lawyers’ Division.
Ms. Leahy is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Her areas of practice include premises liability, automobile negligence, product liability, commercial defense, construction defect, and general negligence.
James Raymond Jimenez

James Raymond Jimenez is an associate in the West Palm Beach office. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University in Jupiter, FL, graduating cum laude, and his Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, NY. He was a recipient of the E. Nathaniel Gates Scholarship, and served as Annotations Editor for the Journal of Equal Rights and Social Justice. While attending law school, Mr. Jimenez was a legal intern for the Palm Beach County Office of the Public Defender and the New York Metropolitan Transportation Agency and became a certified mediator with the New York Peace Institute, serving as a mediator in the Kings County Civil and Small Claims Courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jimenez worked as a civil defense attorney in the New York City Law Department’s Special State Law Enforcement Unit and Special Federal Litigation Division, where he gained extensive experience representing the City of New York and its employees in the New York City Police Department in personal injury and civil rights lawsuits.
Mr. Jimenez is a member of the Florida Bar and New York Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. His practice areas include personal injury, government agency liability, and civil rights.

Jaime W. Kehoe is an associate in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. Ms. Kehoe received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law. During law school Ms. Kehoe was a member of the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers, Student Animal Defense Fund and Students for Equality. She also completed a judicial externship working under various civil and criminal judges from the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit Courts of Florida in Seminole and Brevard Counties.
Ms. Kehoe is a member of the Florida Bar Association. She practices in various areas including first and third party defense, premises liability, commercial liability, automotive negligence and general negligence.
Sara Hope Ptachik

Sara Hope Ptachik
Sara Hope Ptachik is an associate in the West Palm Beach office. She received her Bachelor and Master of Music degrees from the Manhattan School of Music and her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and was inducted into the Iron Arrow Honor Society. She received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship, the Honorable Theodore Klein Endowed Scholarship, the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement in Legal Communications, and the ACC South Florida Ambassador Scholarship. She served on the Race & Social Justice Law Review, as Student Bar Association Secretary, and as Vice President of the Society of Bar & Gavel.
While in law school Ms. Ptachik was a judicial intern for the Honorable Robin L. Rosenberg, United States District Court, Southern District of Florida and a law clerk at a firm in Boca Raton, Florida. She was an AmeriCorps JD Fellow providing legal services to veterans, and Books and Buddies coordinator, a community outreach program.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ptachik worked as an workers’ compensation attorney where she gained experience in defense and litigation, with a focus on representing insurers.
Ms. Ptachik is a member of the Florida Bar and the Young Lawyers’ Division.
Kimberly M. Silverman

Kimberly M. Silverman
Kimberly M. Silverman is an associate in the firm’s Coral Springs office. Ms. Silverman received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, where she graduated magna cum laude and finished in the top 10 percent of her class. While attending law school, Ms. Silverman earned a spot on the Dean’s List for five semesters, was inducted as a member of the Pro-Bono Honors Program and received the Book Award for Interviewing and Counseling.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Silverman worked as an insurance defense attorney where she gained extensive experience handling general liability, wrongful death, construction defect, personal injury and first party property matters.
Ms. Silverman is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and is a member of the Southern District of Florida. She practices in the areas of construction litigation, products liability, premises liability, automobile negligence and general negligence claims.
