Lyman H. Reynolds, Jr. is a founding partner at RRB&T. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Emory University and his Juris Doctor degree from Vanderbilt University College of Law. Mr. Reynolds was the Robert Tyre “Bobby” Jones Scholar and a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Mr. Reynolds began his practice out of law school with the law firm of Jones, Walker in New Orleans where he handled Jones Act and Seaman, Longshoremen, and Harbor Workers’ cases as well as federal maritime collision and products liability cases. While in New Orleans, Mr. Reynolds also taught legal research and writing classes at Tulane University.
After moving to Florida, Mr. Reynolds began handling a wide variety of civil litigation matters, representing numerous governmental entities, corporations and insurance companies for their general liability claims, in addition to continuing to handle work in maritime litigation involving both commercial and private vessels.
Mr. Reynolds is a member of the Florida Bar and is an AV rated lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Reynolds is a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, which is the highest level of recognition for attorney competency and experience. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, Fifth and Eleventh U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.
With more than 35 years of litigation experience, Mr. Reynolds has tried more than 100 cases to verdict. He specializes in handling cases with large exposure and complicated issues. Mr. Reynolds is known for his impressive trial presentation and presence in the courtroom.

Benjamin L. Bedard is the managing partner of the West Palm Beach office at RRB&T. He received his undergraduate degree, with honors, from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
Mr. Bedard is a member of the Florida Bar and is an AV rated lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Bedard is a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, which is the highest level of recognition for attorney competency and experience. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and is admitted to the Federal Bar for the Northern District of Florida. He is also a member of the trial lawyer division of the Florida Bar.
His professional affiliations include the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association and the Martin County Bar Association. He regularly lectures on topics involving Florida legal issues, alternative dispute resolution, and trial presentation. He has served as a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Legislative/Local Government Liaison, Judicial Relations and Circuit Court Civil Practice committees. He is a certified instructor for continuing education for insurance adjusters.
Mr. Bedard has been elected to membership in The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and the Palm Beach Chapter of ABOTA. He will serve as Vice President of the Palm Beach County Chapter in 2021. Members of ABOTA are required to be responsible for elevating the standards of integrity, honor, ethics, civility and courtesy in the legal profession. Mr. Bedard is also a member of Defense Research Institute; the Risk and Insurance Management Society, Inc.; the Council on Litigation Management; the Propane Gas Defense Association; and a Masters member with the Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court.
Mr. Bedard has been reappointed to a second term by Florida Governor Rick Scott to the 19th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission. He is currently serving as vice chair for the JNC.
Mr. Bedard’s areas of litigation practice include products liability, general negligence, employment law, commercial litigation, construction defects, premises liability, medical malpractice, negligent security, trucking and auto liability, governmental liability, insurance coverage and insurance bad faith. He is an experienced litigator and has tried a number of cases to verdict with very successful results. He also handles appeals for the firm.

Gerard A. Tuzzio is the managing partner of the Coral Springs office at RRB&T. He received his undergraduate degree from the Florida International University and his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University.
Mr. Tuzzio is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, Northern District, Southern District and Middle District of Florida. Laura E. Bedard is a partner located in the West Palm Beach office. She graduated from Emory University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2002 with a Juris Doctor degree.
She has been practicing at the firm since March 2003 and after many years of handling complex insurance defense litigation, Ms. Bedard focused her practice primarily on assisting insurance companies with insurance coverage and bad faith disputes. She places particular emphasis on providing insurance coverage analyses and litigating the interpretation of numerous types of insurance policies, including commercial general liability, homeowners, errors and omissions, professional liability, and various claims-made policies.
Ms. Bedard maintains an intricate litigation practice involving first and third-party insurance coverage litigation, insurance bad faith law, first-party property litigation, and complex insurance defense litigation as well as appeals. She has extensive experience in both State and Federal Court litigation and has spoken numerous times at seminars on insurance coverage and claims handling topics.
Ms. Bedard is and has been a member of the Florida Bar since February 2003 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida.

Ann G. Breeden is a partner in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. Ms. Breeden is a “triple Gator,” having received her Bachelor of Science degree summa cum laude, Master of Science degree, and Juris Doctor from the University of Florida. While in graduate school, she served as a tutor to University of Florida student athletes. During law school, Ms. Breeden was an active member of the John Marshall Bar Association and the Entertainment Law Review. She began her career with Three Rivers Legal Services in Gainesville, Florida, providing attorney services pro bono before moving to West Palm Beach. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Breeden worked as an insurance defense attorney where she gained extensive experience representing employers, insurance companies, resorts, and retail stores in a variety of matters including premises liability, general negligence, automobile liability, property damage, and personal injury.
Her areas of litigation practice include premises liability, automobile and trucking liability, general negligence, and commercial litigation. Ms. Breeden is a member of the Florida Bar, and is also admitted to practice in the Southern District of Florida and United States Supreme Court. Her professional affiliations include the Craig S. John J. George is a partner in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. Mr. George is a “double gator,” having received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida Fisher School of Accounting and Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While in law school, Mr. George worked as a certified legal intern for the Gator Team Child civil clinic providing holistic representation juvenile clients and as an intern for the West Palm Beach State Attorney’s Office.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. George began his legal career practicing criminal defense for the Office of the Public Defender and civil litigation defense in West Palm Beach where he gained extensive experience representing insurance companies and corporate clients. His professional affiliations include the Palm Beach County Bar Association and PBCBA Young Lawyer’s Section.

Brittany H. Jacobs is a partner in the firm’s Coral Springs office. Ms. Jacobs received her Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, from the University of Florida. While in law school, Ms. Jacobs was a Senior Research Editor for the Journal of Technology Law & Policy and received a Best Edit Award and Exemplary Service Award for her dedication to the Florida Journal of International Law. Additionally, she earned a Pro Bono Certificate and was a member of Phi Delta Phi. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Jacobs was a judicial intern for the Honorable Barry S. James Raymond Jimenez is a partner in the West Palm Beach office. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University in Jupiter, FL, graduating cum laude, and his Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, NY. He was a recipient of the E. Nathaniel Gates Scholarship, and served as Annotations Editor for the Journal of Equal Rights and Social Justice. While attending law school, Mr. Jimenez was a legal intern for the Palm Beach County Office of the Public Defender and the New York Metropolitan Transportation Agency and became a certified mediator with the New York Peace Institute, serving as a mediator in the Kings County Civil and Small Claims Courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jimenez worked as a civil defense attorney in the New York City Law Department’s Special State Law Enforcement Unit and Special Federal Litigation Division, where he gained extensive experience representing the City of New York and its employees in the New York City Police Department in personal injury and civil rights lawsuits.

Shannon L. Maribona is a partner in the firm’s Coral Springs office. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the Florida State University and his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. While in law school, Mr. Maribona was actively involved in the Judicial Independence Committee of the Florida Bar, was a member of the top ranked Nova Trial Association Chester Bedell Mock Trial Team, and co-authored New York State Funding, an article on the New York State budget crisis. Additionally, Mr. Maribona worked as a clerk and clinical intern at a complex litigation law firm in Fort Lauderdale.
Mr. Maribona is a member of the Broward County Bar Association, Toastmasters International, and the Stephen R. Booher American Inn of Court, a professional organization designed to improve the skills, professionalism and ethics of the bench and bar. Mr. Maribona is licensed to practice law in Florida and is admitted before the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

Heidi S. Reiff is a partner in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. She received her undergraduate degree in Journalism from University of Florida, and her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Law School. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as staff counsel for a large national insurance company, handling and overseeing active litigation in the South Florida and Orlando areas. Earlier in her career, Ms. Reiff was a Broward County Assistant State Attorney. Collectively, as first chair, she has tried over 100 jury trials to verdict.
Ms. Reiff is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. Southern and Middle District Courts and is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. She is an Advocate member of The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Annually, Ms. Reiff volunteers as Co-Chair of the Risk Management Committee for ArtiGras Fine Arts Festival.

Kimberly M. Silverman is a partner in the firm’s Coral Springs office. Ms. Silverman received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, where she graduated magna cum laude and finished in the top 10 percent of her class. While attending law school, Ms. Silverman earned a spot on the Dean’s List for five semesters, was inducted as a member of the Pro-Bono Honors Program and received the Book Award for Interviewing and Counseling.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Silverman worked as an insurance defense attorney where she gained extensive experience handling general liability, wrongful death, construction defect, personal injury and first party property matters.

Sara Hope Tripp is a partner in the West Palm Beach office. She received her Bachelor and Master of Music degrees from the Manhattan School of Music and her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and was inducted into the Iron Arrow Honor Society. She received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship, the Honorable Theodore Klein Endowed Scholarship, the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement in Legal Communications, and the ACC South Florida Ambassador Scholarship. She served on the Race & Social Justice Law Review, as Student Bar Association Secretary, and as Vice President of the Society of Bar & Gavel.

Jaimie A. Tuchman is a partner in the firm’s West Palm Beach, Florida office. After earning her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Tulane University, Ms. Tuchman pursued her passion for law and obtained a Juris Doctor degree and Certificate in Environmental Law from Tulane Law School.
